This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and it loads nothing from other websites. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare’s own privacy policy applies to that processing.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we use your name, contact details and what you tell us only to respond and, if we work together, to deliver that work. We do not sell or share your information for marketing. We keep it only as long as we need it, or as the law requires.
Client information
Information about clients and engagements is confidential and handled under our engagement terms. We follow British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, and we respect Indigenous data sovereignty principles when working with Nations.
